💙 Thank you, Loon Lake! 💙
The RM and Village of Loon Lake would like to send a huge thank you to everyone who has collected and dropped off pop can tabs at our office! We recently delivered our collection to BN Steel & Metals in Saskatoon, with the proceeds going toward a great cause.
The tabs are being donated in support of Small But Mighty SK, a grassroots Saskatchewan organization led by pediatric oncology families and advocates to support children facing cancer and their loved ones. 💛
While the RM/Village Office will no longer be accepting pop can tabs, you can still put those tabs to good use! We’ve included a list of drop-off locations below where you can continue donating your tabs to support this wonderful organization.
For anyone wondering about the drop-off process at BN Steel & Metals, it was incredibly quick and easy — we were in and out in less than six minutes! Their staff were fantastic and truly appreciative of the donation.
Keep collecting those tabs and help make a small contribution to something mighty! 💙 Thank you again to everyone who participated!
