Summer safety tip

Always clean your barbecue grill before and after each use. This reduces the build-up of grease that can make surfaces flammable. It will also ensure the freshness of your food. Check your propane tanks for leaks or damage periodically

The Building Code Regulations (the BCR) require carbon monoxide alarms and smoke alarms (or combination carbon monoxide-smoke alarms) be installed in all residential buildings in Saskatchewan, regardless of the date the building was constructed.

Enforcement begins until July 1, 2022.

The RM applied for and was approved for the SGI Traffic Grant, and with the grant we have acquired some New Flashing Speed Signs. Of which will be located by Little Jumbo Campground where the speed reduces to 50km/hr. As well as by the Makwa Lake Boat Launch.
