The RM of Loon Lake advises residents and travelers to use extreme caution when travelling on municipal roads. Due to increased runoff, some roads may be partially or fully submerged or have sustained washouts.
Drivers are urged to exercise care when approaching water on roadways. If water is flowing over a road, assess conditions carefully and proceed only if it is safe to do so.
Residents are also encouraged to remain vigilant, as creek and river levels continue to rise.
Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency is prepared to support the RM should conditions worsen or if ratepayers require assistance.
The RM of Loon Lake continues to actively monitor the situation and will provide updates, as necessary.
If you have any questions, please contact the RM office during business hours.
